Just in time for the snowy easter yesterday. These are from Heartland Knits excellent pattern, this is the second pair I've made. The gloves seem fussy but the instructions are very clear and error free.
I'm trying to catch up on photographing FOs...just because I haven't been blogging doesn't mean I haven't been knitting!
I was away on vacation in Grand Cayman, but I was definitely knitting down there! I've been working on the Sonata Gloves in Cherry Tree Hill Potluck Supersock. I'm using a combination of size 0 dpn's and circular needles. The right glove is done!
Here is an action shot!
And the left is coming along nicely. It should be done this week.
Yes I take pictures on my steps because there is a skylight there so the natural light helps with the photos. These gloves are supposed to have a mitered scalloped edging but I decided that a plain edge would be better in real life and I was tired of weaving in ends! That's the only problem with this pattern, lots of ends, but I worked them in as I went along so there were never a lot at any one time.
